02Is it free?

The first group uses it free while I build it. [PRICING AFTER LAUNCH, WORDING OPEN]

03Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Your iPhone is enough. The Watch is a nice extra for timing holds.

04Where do my videos go?

They stay on your phone. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.

05Do I need to be advanced, or know pose names?

No. Name poses your own way, or skip naming. Lissa is for any practice you do at home.

06I have an Android phone.

iPhone comes first. Join anyway, and I will tell you when Android is ready.
